Hi! We are Serena, Ruby and Rebecca. Very sadly our lovely flatmate is moving on, which means we have a large double bedroom available for another girl to fill from 25th July (but flexible if needed) - it's £925 + approx. £80 bills a month which is good for the area and size of room!

We are looking for someone who wants to be a friend not just a flatmate. We're all very social, love a wine/beer in the evenings, walks, pub trips, gigs and nice things in general. We met through spareroom and have become really good friends, so we hope you'll be keen to join in as much as you like.

The flat is great! It's a 3-minute walk from Stockwell tube station and can be anywhere in London in basically 30 mins - really close to Clapham Common too which is great in summer. It's on a main road so feels safe and has a little balcony that catches the sun in the mornings.

The room has lots of space - a huge wardrobe, space for under bed storage and a desk.

The flat has two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, all the crockery/pans etc you need. It's great value and we're very happy here :) We also have a super nice helpful independent landlord which is a big win for London.

A bit about us:
- Ruby loves her music, her pickles and her clothes. She spends her down time with friends or charity shopping
- Serena spends half her time running around London with her run club but is really only doing it for the pastry or pint reward afterwards, loves cooking and some rubbish tv
- Rebecca is from New Zealand and has been in London for a year. She loves running and never misses an All Blacks game

We really want to find the right person so don't be offended if we ask a lot of questions! Feel free to do the same with us. We can't wait to meet you!!!! :)
