I'm looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my two bed ground floor flat.

The flat is in a quiet residential street, midway between Stockwell and Brixton station (both between 5-10 min walk). It has a spacious living room, modern bathroom, kitchen (though on smaller side), and a private garden.

There will be a double bed already in the room and the chest of drawers will be available to buy at reduced rate.

You'll be living with me - a 29 trainee psychologist working in the NHS. I'd love someone who's friendly & considerate but also loves an occasional good night out (preferably a single girl but also open to anything!).

Rent is: £1,100
Bills: £170 a month
