Hi everyone! I'm subletting my fully furnished double room in a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom flat on East Street, just off Old Kent Road.

I've only recently moved in, but I'll be travelling, so I'm looking for someone to take the room from now until 13 August. The end date is flexible, and the rent can be adjusted depending on the length of your stay.

Rent: £277 per week (all bills included). I'm happy to discuss the rate, particularly for someone staying for part of the available period. No deposit required.
