Hi! My name is Ramon and I am looking for a flatmate to join me in a 2 bedroom flat. The property comprises of a modern kitchen, separate living room, two double bedrooms, modern bathroom, separate WC, double glazing, wood floors and freshly decorated walls.

The flat has excellent transport links, being just a 5-min walk from Oval station, 10-min walk from Kennington station (Northern), and a 15-min walk from Vauxhall (Victoria & Rail) station.

It is also a convenient 1 bus away to central locations such as Westminster (10 mins), Piccadilly Circus (20 mins), and London Bridge (25 mins).

Currently looking for a similar-minded individual to share the 2-bedroom flat with. Bills would be split evenly for fairness and at the minimum, a 12-month contract.

We have a flexible hybrid work policy. I enjoy a relaxed environment at home. I am friendly, considerate, and particularly keen on maintaining a clean, quiet living space.
