I am moving country and am renting out my apartment until the end of the year.
It is a 2 bedroom flat, however I will keep one bedroom to store my stuff until the end of the year, while I find my next permanent space.
I am flexible on dates, so please do ask.
I am moving on 16.05, the end date is flexible - ideally until December.

Please note: I have 2 trips planned in London in which I will be in the flat as well - one in June and one in August (this one is TBC) - for a total of no more than 10 days.
The rest of the time you will be alone. I am pricing the flat slightly less than a regular short term rental will be, because of these 2 trips.

About the flat:
Lovely, light, modern flat in Brixton 5 minutes away from Brixton station and 10 minutes from Loughbrough station.
It's south and east facing, so you get sunshine all day.
It's close to 4 parks (Wyck gardens, Loughbrough park, Brockwell and Ruskin parks).

It's fully furnished with modern furniture.
It includes a fully equipped kitchen, including air fryer, blender, ice cream machine and other small appliances that I am leaving there for now.
It has a balcony and a shared garden.
It has a big bathroom with a bath (the flat has 2 bathrooms so even in the 10 days i am there, we; ll not share a bathroom)

It's very close to Brixton village, where you'll find many independent stores and restaurants.

The service charge is included, but other bills are not. The electricity is about £40 per month, the gas is variable depending on how much heating you use - for me about 60-70.

Parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
