It's a nice, cosy council flat in Kentish Town, great great location. (Deliberately repeated great! It genuinely is a great spot!)
Quite basic - very little storage I'm afraid, an awkwardly shaped kitchen, no proper shower (but maybe I'll upgrade... Should do actually... 🤔), my ongoing battle with clutter... This is not for you if you're a clean freak.. Equally, however, it's no good if you just add to the mess - so I would welcome a flatmate/lodger who encouraged domestic order and did their share of basic household chores (emptying recycling and such).
I do like a good chat with a cup of tea and some homemade cake - sociable and friendly preferable to hermit-like, but it's a fine balance!

I do prefer people who are a bit different, think for themselves, and have a positive attitude towards humanity generally. Like myself! 😎
