I’m looking for someone to rent out a furnished double bedroom in my garden flat. Situated on a really nice and quiet street (with lovely neighbours) only 5 minutes walk from Kentish Town tube (Northern Line) and Thameslink, and 12 minutes to Kentish Town West or Gospel Oak Overground stations.

The place:

My home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in a period terraced conversion with a lovely south facing and importantly, sun-drenched garden.
The lower ground level is a recently renovated open-plan large lounge / dining room with toasty underfloor heating and a cosy fireplace for the colder evenings. TV with Virgin Media and a surround sound system. At the back is a small kitchen with a Smeg fridge and oven. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

Upstairs features a modern bathroom with plenty of natural light and underfloor heating and 2 double bedrooms with high ceilings and wardrobes. The bedroom available faces south. looks out over the garden and is quiet.

Me:

Born and bred Londoner with an appetite for adventure and travel. I work in Film and TV production, so my interests cover both of those as well as gigs, festivals and clubs on occasions. Sport and fitness also feature prominently, in particular football, calisthenics and snowboarding. Socially, I enjoy having friends round for dinner or drinks from time to time, but often find myself out most evenings. I tend to travel a lot, for work or fun, and sometimes for extended periods of time. I’m no saint but I’m friendly, respectful and pretty tidy and like my home to be too.

I'm looking for someone who is easy going, sociable, respectful and clean, preferably with similar interests who would be happy going out for a drink on occasions as well as staying in and watching a film.

Sorry but not looking for pets in this let.

I live a on a quiet residential street, just off Lady Margaret Road, a stone throw way from The Pineapple, one of the best pubs in the area, with its great Thai kitchen. Kentish Town is a lovely suburb with excellent transport connections – (less than 15 mins to the West End, City and Shoreditch, as well as almost direct trains to Luton and Gatwick airports on the Thameslink.

15 mins walk to Hampstead Heath / Parliament Hill.
5 mins walk to Pure Gym Highgate
