Hello! I'm looking for a flatmate to take a furnished double bedroom in my two-bed flat in Tufnell Park, available immediately.
The room gets plenty of natural light and has great views across the city, including the Emirates Stadium. The flat is on the top floor above the Boston Arms pub and has a unique living room set within the turret beneath the clock tower.
The location couldn't be much better, literally a 10-second walk from Tufnell Park Underground station, with Camden, King's Cross and Hampstead Heath all nearby.
Wi-Fi and all bills are included.
A bit about me: I'm 28, work locally and have lived here for over three years. I love the area and enjoy a friendly, social and respectful atmosphere at home. I'm looking for someone similar who wants a comfortable place to live rather than just somewhere to sleep.
