Hello! I am subletting my flat for 3 months, roughly December 23rd thru end of March!
(There is now a bedframe as well)

Price is £2400 PCM and I’ll cover the bills with my housemate if you are taking the room for the entire period of time (as contribution, for some of my belongings being around).
You’ll have plenty of storage and access to the closets, I can keep my clothes mostly packed away for your convenience. There will be other furniture in the flat and you won’t have to purchase any of your own.

🌅The room has:
Built in storage covering one entire wall
A bedframe
A mattress
Shelves
Nightstand

Room 2:
Bed frame
Built in storage covering more than half of one wall
Mattress
Nightstand
Bookshelf

🏠The flat:
2 bedrooms
1 large living room
1 bathroom with a tub
Separate gorgeous kitchen
Hardwood floors
Gated building
📍<5 min walk Kentish town (near the overground station)
