Mature, laid back professionals or full-time students welcome to inquire about this lovely, cosy room to rent in a shared large flat including the owner This comfortable room has a double bed with a wardrobe, chest of drawers & desk & is located in our modern basement extension. On this floor, there are two bedrooms in total & you will share a large modern shower room with one other lodger. Our long-term, trusted lodger Matt lives in the other room on this floor. He is out early & works long hours. Matt who is Welsh, super tidy & kind, is moving to Sydney in the Spring of 2027. There is also a separate loo on the stairs coming down to your floor. On the middle floor, we have a double reception, a modern kitchen & lovely garden. You are given space in the fridge & a place to keep your dry goods, You are welcome to use our well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, etc. The rooms are filled with art & we are professionals working long hours. It; s not a party pad but has a very chilled vibe. On the upper floor, Louise, a German academic completing her Masters until May 2027, stay. We share a bathroom. I'm often away traveling for work or visiting family, so there will often be just 3 people in the flat. Lady Patches is my 15-year-old quiet, sweet, small & 90% deaf border terrier/patterdale cross. She is not a bother, but loves a treat & some attention. The flat is on a quiet road just minutes from the Kentish Town tube, train, shops, pubs, & restaurants. Our local, The Pineapple, is old-school & serves yummy Thai food. I'm proud of my long record of successfully lodgers for long & short terms, & everyone has loved this room. It is not for everyone however, as the two bedrooms in the modern extension have light wells & air filter systems but no windows that open. Let me know if you are interested. Allison
