||| About the flat:
The flat is a cosy split-level 3 bed with a garden and spacious kitchen and lounge area on top floor.
The flat is furnished and time has been taken to fill the communal areas of the flat ourselves to make it more homely. More decoration always welcome .
Area is just off Brecknock road which has loads of bakeries, charity shops and cafes, as well as Kentish Town which has everything you need. Walking distance from Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill. Kentish Town underground (Northern line) is within a 10 min walk.
THE AVAILABLE BEDROOM: The room is a double bedroom with a large window looking out of the back of the property onto the garden. The bedroom comes with double bed with mattress and shelves and wardrobe.
THE LOUNGE: This is a great large communal area that is filled with 2 leather sofas. Coffee table, 4 seater dining table and chairs and a cosy rug. Toaster, microwave, pots and pans etc.
THE KITCHEN: Electric fan oven with 4 gas hobs, grill. Tall Fridge/Freezer. Washer/tumble dryer, Dishwasher.
Very light and spacious. Gets a lot of natural light from windows and has a lovely view. Great evening lighting as well as a nice place to have brekkie 🥣.
THE BATHROOM: Shared bathroom with toilet, hand basin, bath, shower over bath and storage shelves.
THE GARDEN: Back patio with garden and garden furniture.

Rent is £995/month.
Bills in addition: Council tax, Internet, Water, Electricity / Gas. And also a cleaner who comes fortnightly.

||| Transport and the area:
10 minute walk to Kentish Town Station which is then 18 mins into Clapham Junction and 19 mins into Waterloo. Trains also run via Bank and London Bridge. You will also be only a 15/20 minute walk to Kentish Town West station for the Mildmay line. Right out there are regular bus services into the city (drops you off just shy of our front door) and Camden - including the 29 and 390.
Camden Town is only a 20 minute walk and 15 minute bus, with bars, clubs, as well as a big Sainsbury’s, M&S, ASDA and Lidl. Camden market is a lovely weekend hang out with lots of cool pubs and shops. Equally, Hampstead is very scenic and boasts chill pubs, markets and date spots.
