Located in Barton Seagrave on Hanwood Park, you will have your own bedroom, office / living space and bathroom on the 1st floor. This will be your own space to use.
The house is a three story, semi-detatched with a garden and big enough driveway for two cars to share.
The rooms have all been recently redecorated and there will be a brand new bed & mattress + further storage for the bedroom. I will look at a comfortable chair for the office / living space as well.
There is a bathroom on the middle floor that will be available just for you, there is a bath tub in there but currently no shower.
I am a single female with three dogs (2 x spaniels and a border collie) so you will need to like dogs. I can't have any cats in the house but I would be willing to consider a dog, depending on temperament, etc.
I work from home and I use the ground floor living room to work from.
In the evenings I am either gaming or watching TV, visiting my family or out dog training. I am out a lot at the weekends and if you want to join me for dog walking I would really like that!
I would like to meet with anyone before making an agreement, this will also allow you to ask me questions and meet the dogs.
Most importantly, I want the person who moves in to feel like they are home. You can put photos up and make it feel like your very own space.
