Hi,

I have a double room available in a two bedrooms flat in Kettering. The rent is £400 plus bills and a deposit of £445 required before moving in. It is a nice, peaceful area with lots of greenery and friendly neighbours around.

I am a full time employee and a student therefore looking for someone professional who respects others, can clean and has a good sense of humour 🙂

I work Mon-Fri 9-5, couple of days from home. I am 33 years old, love nature, long walks, music and mostly to travel around the world. I do not go out anymore and do not party therefore you will not have random people hanging in the flat until late. I normally go to sleep at 10pm therefore would love you to do the same 😁

The flat is new and modern. Your room is unfurnished however, all the rest is here and I am happy to share. Apologies, I am not able to take any photos of the room as my flatmate is moving out and it is not in the best shape at this moment but you can see my bedroom and it is the same size and shape just unfurnished.
