Come meet my dog & me! In my opinion.. the dble bedroom is just that - who you live with, the house vibe, atmosphere & clean/friendly environment are more important!
Location wise, the house is 1 mile from rail station/town centre/Hospital. A pub/shop & take away is a 2 min walk away. Other cinema, shops & entertainment is less than a 5min drive. All transport links are easily accessible. The area backs on to a park, with picnic & play areas. The townhouse is semi detached, in a cul de sac.. so there's no through traffic & its quiet. Spacious, garden & garage with off-road parking spaces.
The bedroom is part furnished with wardrobes, chest drawers. A study desk & chair is available in the spare room (to stay empty as an office!).
The shower/bathroom is shared with a max of 1 other person... who is moving out soon.
Super fast wifi & full tv package is included. All mod cons available. No contract, just a months deposit in advance.
I'm easygoing- looking for a house mate.. not just a lodger.
It's a non-smoking house. I enjoy most sports.. I try to keep fit, I'm clean, tidy, considerate & seek similar traits in a housemate.
No one wants to be cleaning up after you! If you are looking for a quiet/relaxed/professional & sociable home & not just some "digs", then this could be the place! :)
