The house is ideally located between Bristol and Bath, with excellent and frequent bus and train links to both cities, with up to a 10 minute bike ride to the Bristol–Bath Cycle Path. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute Bus Ride into Central Bath and 20 minutes to Central Bristol. The train journey is even shorter. The Bus Stop is a 2 to 3 walk from my front door. There is a direct bus to Bristol Airport. The Motorway can be accessed relatively easily.

The accommodation is modern, comfortable, and recently updated, with your own private bathroom. There is also a spacious garden to enjoy and plenty of parking available.

Local shops, pubs, and a sports centre are all within a five-minute walk.

I am out a lot during the day, so the house is often quiet and calm. I’m fairly chilled out, broad-minded, and have a young outlook on life with a lively sense of humour. Italian speakers are especially welcome!
