Single room 5 miles north of city centre, situated next to bus stops to city centre.
Busy family home, 2 daughters aged 4 & 6 and every other week a teenage boy.
We love our animals, 3 dogs and an indoor cat so animal lover is essential.
We are used to hosting international students but would like to fill the room from mid April - mid June. Extension on June not possible due to pregnancy.
We work full time, I work mainly from home and my husband from the office. Girls at school and multiple after school clubs. Respectful of bed times.
Bathroom is used only by son every other week, between times would be exclusive to the house guest.
