Hi! My lovely flatmate is moving out as she's moving back home for work and I'm now looking for a friendly face to move into the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom from end of September.

We are living in a two-bed-flat, and the room is located at the back of the property, away from the street and gets direct sunlight for most of the afternoon. It comes fully furnished, with a built-in wardrobe, providing ample storage space, and plenty of space for a desk.

The living room and kitchen will be shared, and the flat comes fully equipped to move in, with brand new appliances, cutlery, pans and pots, plates, hoover etc.

This flat has an amazing conservatory/balcony with storage space and great views to the park.

I'm looking for someone tidy and reliable, who wants a home rather than just a room and to spend time with and occasionally have a drink and watch some Netflix in the evenings.

I'm a friendly and easy-going person who loves a chat after a long day at work and the occasional day-trip on the weekend. I love going for walks, reading, cooking and flat pizza nights. I work for a sports marketing agency and travel a lot for work, but when I'm in London I'm in the office twice a week and work from home on the other three days.

GP clinic in the building available to the residents + an outdoor massive rooftop terrace.

In front of the building there's a bus stop with bus number 6 taking you straight to Marble Arch and Victoria and bus number 316.

Queen's Park underground and overground station are only 5 mins walk away.

Council tax extra £100pp + bills (approx 85p/m for water, internet, heating, gas+electric).
