We have a lovely very big bedroom for a single person (1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, a small desk, multiple space and 1 sink in the room. Swimming pool, american bbq, lounging chairs and hammock in the garden. The bedroom is for rent for £850 month, all bills included in our large friendly house with a private garden (into a private residence). Free parking as well.
Bathroom with bath, separate toilet with a 2nd toilet on the ground floor, lovely big living/dinning room with massage chair, kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, 2 fridges and dishwasher, soda stream, filtered pure water machine with hot water on demand (no more kettle!) length of stay negotiable.
We are 3 girls, 1 boy and 2 cats and a little one.
The House is located 14 min walk from Kilburn tube station (Jubilee line) &Queens park tube station (Bakerloo line) and 7 min for the overground station Brondesbury park.
We are very friendly and happy, we love cooking and watching movies together:)
