The flat has a shared open plan kitchen & living room, 2 bathrooms, and back garden. The room is furnished with a double bed & mattress, wardrobe, chests of drawers and a desk.

The flat is a short walk from Gladstone Park, numerous local supermarkets and also has a very handy corner shop at the end of the street.

The rent includes all bills, including a cleaner once per week/every 2 weeks.

Live-in landlord (42, English), sociable, outgoing polite film & photography professional who in my spare time enjoys socializing, playing football, boxing, good music, cooking, food & wine.

I've been renting rooms here for over 13 years now, most recently with a female friend for the past 2 years but she's moving up north with her partner.

Prefer to share with friendly people who are clean & tidy, and work normal-ish office hours, ideally not working from home 5 days per week.
