I’ve decided to move out of our flat, ideally located between Queens Park and Kilburn. I’ve decided to move in with a couple of friends that’s why I’m moving out.
You’ll be living with two very friendly guys. Jamie and Luis and Luis’s lovely black Labrador Twix. The flat is pet friendly so anyone with a dog is welcome to apply! But Luis and Twix will also be moving out in a couple of months.
The flat and your future flatmates are very tidy. We’ve kept the flat in good condition. Both Luis and Jamie are very friendly but also very mindful of everyone’s personal space.
The room you’ll be renting has great big bay windows that let in a lot of light. The room is a good size with a king size bed and space for a desk. All furniture that you see in the pictures come with the room except the desk. We have a shared living room and kitchen with a good sized garden that’s great for bbqing in the summer. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor where the living room, kitchen and Jamie’s room are and another on the second floor where Luis’s and my room are. We also have a spare room with some extra storage on the second floor. Luis uses it sometimes to work from home but I’ve had multiple guests stay there when they visited.
Please let me know if you have any other questions. The flat will be available from the 9th of May but if it’s urgent I’m open to moving out earlier. The contract is until the end of 2024 but you can pass on the contract if you find someone to replace you.
