Hi I am looking for someone to take over my housemates lease. The room has its own bathroom and there is extra storage if needed in the utility cupboard. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
The flat was unfurnished so I have filled it with art books and plants to make it homely, would definitely suit a creative person. The rent is 1150 plus bills which are just under 200 a month. Amazing location. Very safe , with fab neighbours.
I work long hours so I'm not around all the time. I'm super positive person looking for someone happy to move in.
