Looking for a flatmate to share this renovated two-bedroom flat in West Hampstead with, moving in from October 10th.
The flat is on the ground floor of a period conversion, recently refurbished with a modern fitted kitchen, contemporary bathroom, spacious reception room and a private garden/patio. I'm looking to rent out the double bedroom facing the street (there is a school right across and slow traffic zone, so should be pretty quiet)
Location-wise you're a short walk from West Hampstead station, with the Jubilee line, London Overground, and Thameslink, giving you fast, direct links across London (Waterloo in around 18 minutes, no changes). West End Lane is right around the corner, with lots of cafés, restaurants, and a Sunday market, plus Kilburn Grange Park a few minutes away for green space.
A quick note on photos: I don't live there yet myself, so the photos here are from the letting agency rather than my own — but there is also a more recent video walkthrough from the agent as well.
A bit about me: I'm a 29-year-old professional starting an MSc in September, easygoing and tidy, and I have a small, well-behaved, fully house-trained dog who'll be living with us — so this one's ideally suited to a fellow dog lover or at least someone very comfortable around dogs.
What I'm hoping for in a flatmate: I want this to actually feel like a home, not just a place we both happen to sleep — so I'd love the odd shared dinner or hang out if we click. At the same time, I've got a lot going on, and will genuinely be out a fair bit, and I equally value having my own space and quiet when I need it. So ideally someone who's up for connecting sometimes but is just as happy doing their own thing — no pressure either way.
