Hey! I’m looking for someone to join on the lease of my gorgeous recently refurbished flat in a mansion building in Willesden Green.

The flat is less than 10 mins walk to the jubilee line & also the thameslink, making it really well connected for airports & central London.

The bedroom is large & bright & comes unfurnished other than one built in wardrobe, so you can decorate however you like!

All photos are of the unfurnished flat apart from the last photo I’ve included of my previous flat so you can see the aesthetic of my furniture & decor I’ll be providing in the shared living space.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a huge amount of storage. There’s a new dishwasher & washing machine. I’m also bringing a separate dryer, my ninja air fryer & Nespresso!

The one bathrooms brand new, modern, fresh & clean!

I’m moving in this week & the room will be available asap. Ideally looking for someone to move by next weekend.

I’m looking for someone also in their 30’s, but I’m open to younger/older.

I work in a hybrid role so I do work from home some days, but there are periods where I’m out working long hours or travelling.

The rent would be £1300 monthly

Council tax is around £95 each

And all other bills, gas, electric, water & wifi I am not 100% on yet, but should come to around £100 tbc
