A double room has become available in this three bedroom flat on Kilburn High Road.
Housemates - the landlord has her own room, however she lives in Italy almost full time. The other room is occupied by Casey, a 30 year old who works in the arts, and her gorgeous cavapoo, Koda.
The flat has a balcony that gets sun all day, this is accessible through the other two bedrooms but you will have access on request!
The toilet and shower room are separate, which is really convenient for a house share.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, stove top oven, a small convention oven and dishwasher. Washing machine is also in the kitchen.
The building has undergone a whole refurbishment over the past two years. A ventilation system has been installed in the kitchen and bathroom and the whole flat has brand new windows, a great time to move in!
Kilburn High Road boasts many amenities; multiple supermarkets, high street stores, gyms, pubs and restaurants. You’re only a 20 minute tube ride from central London and a short walk away from Queens Park, Maida Vale and West Hampstead, where you can find even more shops and bars to enjoy.
We’re looking for someone who is tidy, good with dogs, enjoys being social, but also appreciates their own space.
Viewings will commence over the next few weeks, get one booked in if you feel this is the place for you!!
The rent includes council tax and wifi (£30+£15) and general bills generally amount to between £30 and £50 each per month.
