We are looking for someone considerate, friendly, and easy to live with, who values a positive and respectful home environment, and ideally is a dog lover.
About the agency and landlady:
The tenancy is managed through a letting agent, Hamptons West Hampstead, so the new tenant will need to go through their standard referencing process. The landlady manages the property herself and is very easygoing, she is happy for tenants to make the space their own, for example by putting up shelves or hanging pictures.
