Two toilets/showers. Huge 3-sofa lounge with good TV and Hi-Fi system and great natural light. Separate kitchen with dining table and two fridge-freezers.

3 flatmates, 2 of which have lived here for 6 years. We're organised, keep the flat clean and tidy, and hang out in the lounge a lot. We also regularly host parties for Halloween, Christmas etc. which we'd love to new flatmate to feel a part of and invite their own friends to!

The room is a good size with island double bed, plenty of storage, and a desk. There's also strong Wi-Fi signal.

We're looking for someone sociable, clean, and chill who'll hope to stick around a year or more - we've been here 6 years for a reason!

The flat is in Council Tax Band E which is around £52 a month each. Energy is around £50 a month, broadband around £8, and water around £17.
