Ive a clean, furnished, cozy, and private double room to rent to the right person.
It's located in the very town centre of Kilmarnock, with all amenities within the stone's through distance from the place. Such as the bus or train station are just a few steps away, making commuting to Glasgow just hassle free and straight forward. Also driving ain't a problem for Kilmarnock being very close to Glasgow with a great over the motorway connection to Glasgow, which makes the journey would take around 20 mins from the ooint A to B. Many people live in Kilmarnock and work in Glasgow, it's not a strain.
The street and the area are safe, wuite, and generally, it's a good post code here. No nuisance, noice, or delinquency around here.
The room is spacious, bright, free from dump, recently refurbished, and being just nice. Fancy shutters in the double glazed windows, fitted closed, chest of drawers, reclined sofa bed, coffee tabke, desk and chair. Clean carpet which was lain not long ago.
The bathroom and the kitchen were likewise renewed lately.
The lodger will be free to use the common lounge, and simply feel at home for using the kitchen, or generally, mutual respect comes in the package here.
On street parking available free of charge with plenty of spots always there. By agreement, it may be allowed to use the garage which belongs to the flat as well.
In the bathroom the fittings are immaculate, such as virtually new sink, tube, or the shower. Boiler at the place works great and has been regularly insoected.
The kitchen features a fridge, freezer, washer, kettle, toster, slow cooker, dry and clean cabinets, plus the utensils.
Hoover present free to use too.
Regarding the bills, the lodger won't be responsible for the counci6tax which is included in the rent. The only extra cost will be a fair, pro-rata calculated participation in the cost of bills as oer the usage, albeit, in the summertime it definitely won't be much altogether, and not will it be muvh more in the winter either. Other than that there will be no additional cost.
In terms of the deposit, it has been stipulated iat 250 in the ad, albeit, this nay possibly be discussed individually with the lodger based on mutual agreement, subject to many bits and bobs, so it's more of an indication rather than a fixed amount at this point.
