Double room:
£100pw

1 large double room, furnished. I'm a retired nurse and looking for a lodger. I have a 3 bedroom semi detached house with a garden. I have 4 big dogs, a cat and a couple of rats, who are very much part of my family. So whoever chooses to be here will need to be an animal lover. I'm not the tidiest person but I'm friendly, laid back and welcoming. I don't smoke so if you do then you will need to go outside of house. You will have use of whole house and be expected to help tidy up occasionally. Joint effort lol. The rent will then be £100 a week and if its a couple the rent will be £160 a week.. This incorporates gas, electric, WiFi. You will need to buy your own food. Looking forward to meeting you.
