I am interested in renting out my spare room to accommodate either a student and/or professional individual. This room is in a semi detached 3 bedroom home with a large garden. The shared facilities include a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. The room comes fully furnished including a bed, wardrobe, dresser, other storage and mini fridge if required.

My home is a 15 minute bus ride to Ayr which has direct rail and bus links to big cities in central Scotland. There is also a retail park that is a 10 minute drive/bus from the house.

I am looking for a tenant who will respect and look after this place as if it were their own home. I expect to develop a trustworthy and honest rapport with yourself where clear communication can thrive to promote a happy living environment.

I am a professional middle-aged woman who works in education within the local council. I have 2 children, 1 who is currently a student (away from home) and the other lives abroad. In my downtime I enjoy Crossfit, reading, going out for coffee, spending time with my friends and family, going to theatre/concerts/musicals and holidays. And I also have a cat named Lady.
