You'd have sole use of a shower room on the same floor, making it feel like your own private space on the ground floor while the rest of the household is upstairs.

You'd be sharing with me and my two children in a warm, relaxed and welcoming household. We're friendly but respect each other's space — this works best for someone who wants a proper home rather than just a room.

The house has a beautiful south-facing garden with decking and a stunning open plan kitchen/sitting room with skylights.
