A lovely 2 bed flat by St Katharine’s Docks.

It’s a beautiful flat with a massive bathroom suite shared between the two tenants, a big living room with lots of sunlight- perfect for hosting sundowners, dinners, and parties. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a new washing machine (along with all the basics- dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc).
My room is a double room with a lot of shelf space and a big wardrobe. I also bought a writing desk, a door hanging mirror, and a coat rack (only a month ago so they are as good as new) that I’m happy to give to the new tenant at a small price.

You’ll be living with Yukti, a 23 year old working in Finance. She is super friendly and clean and tidy, loves the occasional socialising on weekends or a chill time in having dinner together. Yukti is vegetarian so we’d prefer someone vegetarian but as long as everyone is respectful of each other’s dietary habits, it’s all good!! Move in date ideally 29th/30th March but happy to work it a few days before/after.

Only a 7-10 min walk to Tower Hill station and about 15min to Aldgate. Lots of bus stops nearby. The beautiful St Katharine’s Docks are right across the street, perfect for running or a morning coffee or late glass of wine/pub. The lively liverpool street only a 20min walk away!
