Hi,
I‘m subletting my room in a 3 bedroom flat from July 12 to September 15 with possibility to take over the lease.
The flat is in Lambeth North, 10min walk to Waterloo and 15min walk to Westminster and Vauxhall. It's calm, nice area and at the same time super central. There's really nice parks around (Kennington, Imperial War museum park) and lots of cute cafés.
You would be sharing the flat with two other girls (3-people flat), one 25 year old professional and the other a 23 master student.
We’re looking for someone (preferably a girl) in the same age bracket, who’s clean, tidy and trustworthy.
