I am looking for a short-term tenant to share my 2-bed apartment in a secure new development in London Zone 1. I am flexible with dates but am looking for people who want to stay between 2 weeks and 3 months. I will also consider part-time arrangements (eg, Monday to Friday or a couple of days per week) for those who commute into London with hybrid work arrangements.

To make things easier for everybody, everything is included in the price. I will provide a fortnightly cleaner who will change your sheet, as well as all as cooking, cleaning, bathroom and laundry essentials. All I ask is that you clean up after yourself as you would normally do in a shared space. You will have keys to come and go as you please and are welcome to invite friends over as long as you let me know in advance so I can manage things on my side.

The apartment overlooks a peaceful landscaped garden, so you get the best of both worlds - a convenient central location close to all amenities and attractions, with a serene oasis to unwind and socialise.

The apartment has a unique, trendy but also homely decor with everything you could need, fitted out with touches of luxury such as underfloor heating and smart appliances and lighting.

It also comes with a very friendly dog - my dear Whippet Zelda - who will shower you with love if you let her!
