Hi everyone !

Double Room available from March 7th (tbc) in a 4 bed flat :)

- The room is furnished : the bed(200x200), pillow, desk and chest of drawers. It is really small so the future tenant has to be okay with that ! Your room will also be on the ground floor. It also has shelves for books for example. It kind of has some space too near the boiler: there are some shelves there where you can put storage boxes for example. The room is separated from the boiler by a door: it isn’t really loud so don’t worry about that :)

- The bills: the bills are shared between the flat mates : £5 for electricity, £5 for the WiFi and around £30 every month for energy. All included, you will pay the rent approximately £815-825.

- The flat : The flat has one kitchen with its living room; the window is pretty big so it is really bright when the weather’s fine 🙃. It also has a really good view(London Eye, City...). The kitchen is fully furnished: air fryer, gas stove, dishwasher (that we don't use :)), it has lots of cupboards, and a dining table too. You will also have a storage room if you have extra stuff that can’t go in your room like luggages. Upstairs, you will have one toilet and one bathroom (separated) that you will share with the other tenants. The bathroom has a bathtub:) (note that we received new furniture in the living room; there are now 2 sofas and one small table that goes with the sofas);

Location : You will have a lot of buses literally 1 to 5 min walk that can take you to central within 20-30 minutes (1, 68, 188, 176, 40, 344, 453, 155,53, 63, 148, 45,35, 155…) and Northern Line, Bakerloo line, National rail are only 3 min walk. It is a really nice area to live in : you have tons of options to eat (Nando’s Subway…) gyms are not far too, you also have Elephant Park 10 min walk and the Imperial War museum with its park 5 min walk. There’s a Tesco and a Sainsbury’s within 5-8 min walk too 😊. Really great area to live in, and if you are at LSBU University, the flat is located just in front of it:)
There is a lot to do around if you prefer walking : 20 min walk to Big Ben, London Eye, Borough market, Tate Modern and so much more, it really is the perfect location !

Current flat share: All the tenants are students and really cool! There are 3 girls; Amber, Naeema and Haani. They are all really nice and friendly . Please note that they would PREFER someone who is QUEER/LGBT+ friendly and POC/WOC for this flat, but are of course open to all!

📆 Time frame and new tenant preferences: I am looking for someone to take my tenancy; I prefer someone who is flexible because I will have to find my own new place first, as I am looking for a studio. I would like to move out between the 28th of February and the 7th of March approximately. You will take over my tenancy then, until August, with the possibility to extend if you want, or to stop your contract (but will have to find someone to replace your tenancy)!
