Hi! 👋 We’re two friendly, sociable girls in our mid-20s looking for a third housemate to join our lovely 3-bed house in Kennington.

🛏️ The Room: 
A bright, spacious double bedroom on the first floor with lots of storage and natural light. The room is unfurnished, but the double bed can be left for the incoming tenant for a small fee.

🏠 The House: 
A cosy three-storey house with a large living room and a separate fully equipped kitchen. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person. Superfast WiFi and all essentials included. Bills vary every month depending on usage but for water, electric, gas, WiFi, and council tax it comes out to £100-£150 a month. Tenancy ends 19th August but option to renew.

We’re working professionals, clean, respectful, and sociable. We like socialising and board games but value a calm, homely space. We’re looking for a professional female in her 20s/30s who’s friendly, tidy, and keen to be part of a proper home.
