Double room with own bathroom | Borough / London Bridge Zone 1 | 2 bed, 2 bath flat
Hi, I’m 25 and looking for a flatmate to take the double room in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment.
I’ve lived here for almost two years and love the flat and the building. It’s a well kept block with a concierge and a small gym. Borough Station is about a minute's walk and London Bridge/Bprough Market is a 10 minute walk away. It’s a really convenient, well connected part of town with Tesco and Sainsbury's just across the road.
The room
Double bedroom with its own bathroom (not shared). The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, window and storage. (Not currently shown in the picture, happy to showcase it via a physical/virtual viewing if interested). The bathroom has a bath with a glass shower screen, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
The flat
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Open plan living room and kitchen, plus a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction hob, fridge- reezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. The building is quiet and well managed.
Bills
About £150-200 a month on top of rent (covers the usual utilities).
Who I’m looking for
Someone fun and social who actually wants to live together, not just occupy a room. I’d like a flatmate I can be friends with and do things with. I’m into badminton, the odd bit of cooking, eating out or pub trips and watching films and series. I'm clean and I respect privacy. Ideally looking for someone who's clean as well and wants to hang out as friends.
If that sounds like you, send a message and we can arrange a viewing.
I would like the flatmate to move in before the 13th of Ocotber. We can discuss and have the exact move in even earlier depending on the reference checks. Would prefer to move fast.
