This is a private student transfer, NOT an agent. We will complete the official accommodation transfer process with IQ. I need to transfer the flat urgently as I will suspend my studies and return home due to health issues. Genuine tenants will be prioritised.

The flat is fully furnished and I will give it a thorough clean before handover. I will leave brand new unused household items for free as I cannot take them back home: disposable face masks, shampoo, facial cotton pads, laundry bags, UK-spec hair dryer, travel adaptor extension lead, toilet rolls and more toiletries, all unopened.

Good sound insulation and ventilating windows. Your private bedroom has plenty of storage space. The kitchen comes with oven, fridge, extractor hood and full kitchen appliances.
Facilities in building: 24-hour reception, pool table, gym, cinema room, study spaces, terrace and shared social areas.

Transport: Close to Southwark and Waterloo tube stations. Direct tube to Oxford Street in around 15 minutes, most shopping districts within 30 minutes. Local shops include Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Chinese, Korean and Asian supermarkets. River Thames is right outside.

Suitable for students at:
KCL Strand (20 mins walk), KCL Waterloo (10 mins walk). UCL and UAL are around 20 mins by tube.
