I am looking for a student to swap places with me as a tenant for this room next semester, as I am no longer planning on living in Moonraker Point. The room is a large, high double ensuite on the third floor, fully furnished with bills included. A kitchen and living space are shared with 3-7 flatmates. The location is very central, located in Southwark, right by the Thames!

It is student accommodation, so the only requirement is that you can verify that you will be a student at the time of tenancy. The check-in date is 12 September 2026, and check-out is December 31st 2026 (although you may extend to another semester).
