I’m a 34 Year Old British-Caribbean professional and have lived at the property for over 10 years. I also live here, but I work full-time (Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm), spend a lot of time at the gym and with family, so it’s generally a quiet, relaxed home with plenty of personal space.

The room available is the original front room of the flat, which has previously been used as a second bedroom. It’s a large, private room with plenty of space for a double bed, desk, TV and additional furniture. A TV can also be provided if you’d like one.

Please note: There is no separate living room. The flat has been arranged as a two-bedroom home, so the only shared areas are the kitchen, bathroom and hallway.

The property is currently being refreshed with new paintwork and improvements to the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Any remaining decorating will be carried out with notice and kept to a minimum.
