I'm looking for someone to use the spare room in my apartment located within the Electric Quarter development in vibrant Brixton, for a max. 3 months (available from 3rd January until end of March 2025 - I can be flexible on dates)

My spare double room with en suite is the perfect space for someone to spend their weekdays in London. Ideal for someone in a hybrid working situation.

The rent is £900 a month including all bills. The room is available Monday to Friday only .

THE ROOM
A private room including an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a double ottoman bed with an extremely comfortable Otty mattress, a chest of drawers and bedside table and a built-in wardrobe. There's also a fold-away desk if needed. The room is only available to stay in during the week but you're welcome to leave all belongings in the room over the weekend. There's a lock on the bedroom door that can be accessed using a fob, fingerprint or combination code so everything will be secure.

THE FLAT
The flat itself is stylishly decorated with fairly new furnishings. I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to smart home gadgets so the place includes voice assistant (Alexa) throughout, smart lighting and presence/motion sensors in all rooms, automatic curtains and blinds - so you never need to touch a switch. The flat is situated on the ground floor and is surrounded by a private patio, giving you some outdoor space.

There's a large open plan living / Dining / Kitchen, area which is equipped with everything you need including cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, nespresso machine, TV, record player and more.

The flat is also fitted with full fibre that runs at over 500mbps.

THE LOCATION
The location is great! Brixton itself is full of bars, restaurants and shops. You have the Ritzy Cinema and Brixton Academy within walking distance. There's several bus routes, Brixton tube and Loughborough Junction just a short walk away.

I'm a live-in landlord who is very laid back. I do like to keep the place clean and tidy. I work in Marketing for a record label and spend some days in the office and others working from home. I work a lot! When I’m not working I’m fitting in time to see friends.
