We are renewing our 3-bed flat contract and have a room available ✨

Move-in 🗓️ - contract/references checked by July as per the estate agent requirements and move-in date is September 1st.

The room/flat 🛏️ - beautiful double room with an en-suite. Ceiling to floor windows for lots of natural light, desk fitted in, big wardrobe and side table all included. Loads of plug sockets too!! There is no living room in the flat but a lovely spacious kitchen where we hang in!

The rent 💸 - £1215 monthly. WiFi and underfloor heating is included! The bills on top are council tax, electric, and water, which we are careful with, the underfloor heating warms up for the room amazingly so we don't turn on the radiators often!

Location📍- SE5 Camberwell/Denmark Hill. The flat is located on a quiet road a few minutes walk away from the main high street - it has supermarkets, beauty shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, salons, etc. It also has great bus routes going into and around central London. The nearest station is Denmark Hill overground (10 minutes walk) and Oval underground for the northen line is a short bus ride away 🚌

About us 👯‍♀️ - I'm Yusra, a 26 year old mental health nursing student, I go to Kings College London and will be staring my final year this upcoming September. I'm a mature student so no wild parties 🫡. I love all things self-care, exploring, days out, museums, markets, cafes, gym! I also need my quiet alone time🌷Meriem is 27 years old and wrapping up her Master's degree. In her free time, she likes to run, do yoga, and explores the city. She appreciates someone who is tidy, considerate, and down for a chat every now and then â%9D£️

About YOU 🙋🏻‍♀️ - we're looking for a fun and friendly person who wants to be friends rather than just housemates!
