We have a room available in a lovely flat starting July 20 for a month or two (we can be flexible)!

About us: One Australian and one NYCer living in moving south from bethnal green. Harper works from home a few days per week, while Sam is in the office every day. We both like to have a drink and a chat in the evening, and maybe go out for a dance on the weekend. We're both gay guys so gotta be ok with that!

About the flat: flat is on the second floor accessible by stairs only. The kitchen and living/dining room are spacious, with a small balcony attached. The couch is ugly but super comfortable. We are moving in on Monday and our third flatmate needs to move in a couple months later, so looking for someone to take the room in the interim.

The room is furnished and comfortably fits a double bed.
