Hello! We have 1 bedroom available from feb 1st for 900 a month. This is in a 2 person house share.

Bedroom has king bed, space for desk and lovely view on garden below.

Flat has separate lounge and kitchen. The house has a ton of character. The lounge is lovely and big, with high ceilings, big windows, wooden floors and a long table which is great for hosting/activities. Kitchen also has table, and big fridge and dishwasher!! We have washer dryer and wooden clothes horse too.

Shared bathroom with a shower and bath, and upstairs we also have a big storage closet.

The flat is in Brixton - so you have the Victoria line tube (end of line so always get a seat) and national rail station.

We are also right next to brockwell park (which had a fab lido, cafe and community gardens) and 15 min walk to Herne Hill with lovely Sunday market (another train station for direct to elephant and castle, Blackfriars and north London). It’s also only a 25 min walk to Clapham.

You’ll be living with my friend Lucy (27). She works in telecoms consultancy by day and loves roller skating and DJing. She is so fun super kind and lovely!! She is also veggie.
