I'm moving out of my flat on Commercial Way to be closer to some friends. It's been a great place to live since I moved to London and I'd like to find someone good to take it on. No agency or sign-up fees - you'd be dealing with me and the landlord directly.

The room:
Big double with a desk, good-sized wardrobe, bedside table and shelves. Storage is the standout: it adjoins an attic you'd have sole access to, plus under-bed storage. Plenty of natural light.

The flat:
Second and third floors of a converted Victorian terrace, recently renovated and fully furnished. Open-plan shared kitchen/living room - kitchen is properly equipped with loads of food storage and two fridges. Washing machine, dishwasher and vacuum all here.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, shared with one flatmate (Pratika). No garden, but there's bike storage out front and street parking is likely available with a permit (confirming with the landlord).

Flatmates:
Three - one girl, two guys - all tidy and respectful. Two are students at music and drama schools, one is working.

Bills:
£1,050 pcm covers gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax and the TV licence.

Location:
10 minutes' walk to Queens Road Peckham, 15 to Peckham Rye. Burgess Park is nearby, and you're a short walk from the bus station, shops, bars and restaurants.

Practical bits:
Single occupancy, but visitors are welcome to stay. Ideally moving in between 3rd and 10th October, but I can be flexible.
