We have a lovely en-suite room with lots of natural light in a 3 bed flat, in Camberwell. Rent for the en suite is £1050 and bills are £204, all together £1254 & the room is free from the 5th of December.

There's a big open plan living room and kitchen. There's also a big balcony with a table and chairs. It's less than five minutes walk to Burgess Park if you're wanting to go for a run or see some trees.

It's well-located, mid-way between Brixton and Peckham and 10 minutes by bus to Elephant & Castle for the Northern line, or 15 to Vauxhall for the Victoria line.
Ellis is 27 and works in Sales and Marketing, and Eva is 27 and works in Publishing. It would be nice to find a female flatmate with similar interests to keep the the flat relaxed, calm and clean!

We've included pictures of the room with the desk and drawers you could take on from the current flatmate.
