I’m sadly having to leave this lovely flat as I'm moving abroad for work, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room permanently at The Gardens. The room is massive, very bright, and has a great view over South London.

Furnishing options are flexible: the room can be offered furnished, part-furnished, or completely unfurnished depending on what you need. Currently, it includes plenty of storage and a desk setup for WFH. The rest of the flat is fully furnished, and the building has access to a huge communal garden.

Housemate & Vibe:
You’ll be sharing with one male housemate (Oscar) who works in the TV/Film industry. He’s very laid back, friendly, and often out for long hours on shoot days, so the flat is naturally chill and peaceful.
