Hi there,

My name is Cameron and I am looking for a new room mate to move in as soon as possible. Although the end of the yearly contract is on 26th of April, my current room mate will be leaving on the 29th of March. We have both been in this flat for two years.

The flat is the top floor of a Victorian townhouse on the edge of Camberwell but within walking distance of Camberwell and Brixton. The closest train station is a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of bus routes. The kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom are shared spaces. There is a cleaning cupboard and storage space in the attic which is only accessed from this flat. There is a washing machine and fridge freezer as provided appliances, however, the freezer space will be all yours as I have my own freezer to use.

The room contains an integrated cupboard space and double bed frame, with a view into the back garden area (this is occupied by the ground floor flat). The bills are included within the rent amount.

The flat is managed by a London based estate agent who have been very helpful from the start of our tenancy, and will assist in the process of getting your contract etc sorted.

About me:

I am a 26 year old working professional looking for a roommate as soon as possible.

My work is Central London based with a few days in the office and 1-2 days working from home. Sometimes I do have site visits which take me out for most of the day.

In my free time I love to go to the gym a few times a week, and cook whenever I can. Finding new restaurants is always fun and meeting up with friends when I can.

I am happy to spend time together watching TV or going for a drink, but I am also happy to give people their space as well.
