A double room is available in a newly built, modern two-bedroom mews house just off Brixton Hill, available from 01/06/26. Bills are included. After some advice and consultation I’ve decided to rent the property as a whole or individual rooms.

You will be sharing the house with me (live-in landlord) and my friendly, well-behaved dog, so unfortunately no pets are allowed.

The house is bright, modern, and well designed, with plenty of natural light throughout. There is an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, along with an outdoor patio, creating a comfortable and relaxed environment.

I’m looking for a male lodger who is clean, tidy, and respectful, and who enjoys a calm and well-organised home. The household is LGBTQ+ friendly and would best suit someone with a similar mindset. Ideally, you work from the office during the week.
