I am looking for 2 housemates to live in a beautiful house in Camberwell. Price is £1150 bills (about £100–£150 per month, but we're applying for council tax exemption, currently E). This is a joint contract. The security deposit for the property is £5,192.30, so about £1320 for this room.

We are 2 international postgraduate students, and a cat will be living in the house. We are from Mexicoand Brazil, and we're all studying at the UAL in Camberwell College of Arts.

The move-in date is Sept 15th, but the contract runs from Sept 1st. You will be paying for the whole month.

The house is currently partially furnished, but the landlord will provide the rest of the furniture. The house needs some work, the landlord is fixing that in the next 2 weeks.

We are looking for a 25–35-year-old, either female and/or LGBTQ person, since the current housemates fit those descriptors. This is a queer and neurodivergent house, and we won't tolerate discrimination towards any of those.

Please keep in mind we are students, and we need to rent from Sept 2026 to Oct 2027, the whole academic year.
