My friend (M, 31) and I (F, 25) are currently renting a house of 3 bedrooms from a lovely landlady.
We also have cats who are friendly and well trained.
We would love a kind housemate who doesn't mind our company and can be either hanging out with music or doing their own thing. We are very flexible and we do our own things but we can are really fun to be around too.
